Let’s talk Poop……
I need to talk Poop….
I know, I know …it makes most people uncomfortable to talk about. For those who know me, not much causes me to flinch. This definitely does NOT! It is a necessary topic to gain valuable information as to what is happening or NOT happening in many different areas of the body.
Just like looking at the tongue, the eyes, the face, the structure of the body tells a story, this is no different.
So what does your poop look like, does it float, does it sink, is it formed, is it runny, is it hard, is it soft, what colour is it, how many times a day do you use the bathroom?
While you contemplate these questions, check out this little recipe that will provide a pile of benefits for your digestive tract, intestinal health, and help to clear toxins naturally. I suggest you ingest this earlier in the day as to later due to its clearing abilities.
All you need is;
